This premium Pu’er originates from Yunnan, China, and was produced in 2007. The aging process according to ancestral tradition softens harsher notes and develops greater depth in the tea. This maturation process is highly valued in Pu’er, enhancing the the tea's body and complexity. These leaves are traditionally hand-harvested and sun-dried, resulting in its darkened leaf and evolved character. In the cup, the liquor is clear amber with notes of toasted barley, aged wood and gentle earthiness.

Brewing Guide
Use a ratio of 3-5 g of tea to 400ml of water.
Water temperature: 100 °C
Steep for 2-3 minutes.
