Originating in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, China, Lapsang Souchong is considered to be the world’s first black tea. Harvested from high-elevation plantations, the leaves develop depth and structure in the cool mountain air. This unsmoked version highlights the leaves' natural aroma. The result is a bold infusion with notes of ripened longan fruit, mineral warmth and gentle pepperiness.
