Jin Jun Mei is a top black tea crafted entirely from tender spring buds. Over 60,000 of these first-flush buds are picked to produce each kilogram, placing it among the rarest harvests each season. The tea brews to a clear amber liquor with natural sweetness and a soft, rounded body. Expect notes of honey, malt, and dried fruit, supported by a gentle floral character and a clean finish. Highly regarded for its use of tender buds and meticulous processing, Jin Jun Mei is a refined example of Wuyi black tea craftsmanship.
Each 3g sachet can be steeped over 10 times. This tea is best enjoyed with spring water, 100°C.
