About the event
A small, class-style workshop introducing the fundamentals of traditional Chinese tea brewing through direct guided instruction. This session focuses on Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) tea, a delicate white tea known for its soft sweetness and layered floral character.
Participants will be taken through a structured brewing process, learning how to control water temperature, steeping time, and tea-to-water ratio. Each infusion reveals a different expression of the same leaves, offering a clear way to understand how tea evolves across multiple brews.
By the end of the session, participants will have an understanding of how to brew Chinese tea at home.
A Chinese teapot and cup set is included to take home, along with the knowledge to continue brewing your own teas.
This is an all ages event. Participants under 14 are welcome, please note they must be supervised by an accompanying adult.
